This is a direct drawing of a lamp in my house that I started to draw. However i'm thinking about turning it into a lamp. Direct drawings are something I am lacking in my portfolio and this is one that so far I am pretty proud of. I reallt like the shading on the base of the lamp and I am hoping that the quality remains the same throughout the drawing of it. It took about an hour to do all the shading, while passing out candy for halloween, and I hope to finish the rest soon.

Art Portfolio 10/31/09
